Agreement

By creating an account or using rizqmanager.com (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Rizq is — and what it isn't

Rizq is a tool for tracking your investment portfolio, screening holdings for Sharia and ethical compliance, generating intelligence reports on tickers, and calculating Zakat. It is provided for informational purposes only.

Rizq is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or religious advice. Sharia verdicts and exclusion-list hits reflect the methodology described in the app and are not a fatwa. Always consult a qualified financial advisor and a qualified scholar before making investment decisions.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information at signup and keep your email up to date.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Rizq's content, screening data, or intelligence reports without our written permission.
• Resell access to the Service.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance for the period you select. Pricing and plan details are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We will give you reasonable notice before changing prices.

Cancellation and termination

You can cancel your account at any time from the profile page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that puts other users or the Service at risk.

Data accuracy

Market data, Sharia verdicts, and exclusion-list information come from third-party sources and our own analysis. We work to keep them accurate but make no warranty that they are complete, error-free, or up to date in real time.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizq is not liable for any investment losses, missed opportunities, or other damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rizq is established. The specific jurisdiction will be listed here once finalised.
