Who we are
Rizq Manager ("Rizq", "we", "us") provides a halal investment research and portfolio tracking service at rizqmanager.com.

What we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the service:
- Account data — name, email address, password (hashed), preferred language. Provided by you at signup.
- Portfolio data — positions, transactions, watchlist tickers, and Zakat inputs you enter into Rizq.
- Authentication cookies — a session token (
token) so you stay signed in, and a language preference cookie (rizq_lang) so the site renders in your chosen language. - Operational logs — limited request/error logs used to keep the service running and investigate incidents.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Why we use it
- To provide and operate the service you signed up for.
- To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets).
- To investigate abuse and keep the service secure.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the providers we need to run Rizq:
- Our hosting provider, for serving the application and database.
- Our email provider, for transactional email delivery.
- Our market-data provider, when looking up prices for the tickers you choose to track.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Data is processed and stored on servers operated by our hosting provider. The specific region will be listed here once finalised.
How long we keep it
We retain your account data while your account is active. Delete your account from the profile page at any time and we will remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. Email privacy@rizqmanager.com to make a request.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email.
